ROLE: TECHNICAL LEAD ENGINEERING

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of 48 engineers and drive the design development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and mentor a team of 48 engineers.

Own technical design development quality and timely delivery.

Design scalable secure high-performance Microservices applications.

Conduct design and code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaborate with Product Owners Architects QA and Project Managers.

Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases.

Establish coding testing documentation and engineering best practices.

Drive responsible adoption of AI tools for coding testing code review and documentation.

Mentor team members and participate in hiring appraisals and career development.

Identify and implement improvements across people process technology and quality.

QUALIFICATION

BE/ with a good academic record and 6 years of relevant full-stack Java development experience.

Additional Advantage: Team Lead / Product Owner experience.
