The opportunity:

Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas including: Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.

• Supporting the further development of the e-learning platform
• Interface with training department to understand the requirements and translate them into training content.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background.

• Bachelors degree in either education/media design/software management/Technical.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in developing e-learning contents
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) like Articulate Moodle etc.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate iSpring etc.
• Working knowledge of andragogical/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design
• Working knowledge of the latest digital learning trends excellent written and oral communication skills creativity and critical thinking.
• Knowledge in software development / SharePoint / PowerBI etc are added advantages for this role.
