About the Role

Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical Assistant . The ideal candidate will assist in the technical discussions project coordination documentation and day-to-day engineering activities while supporting business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the technical and project-related activities.

Prepare technical reports presentations proposals and documentation.

Coordinate with engineering project and sales teams for project execution and follow-ups.

Review technical specifications drawings and project documents.

Support project planning scheduling and progress tracking.

Maintain project records MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and technical correspondence.

Assist in technical discussions with clients vendors and internal stakeholders.

Perform research and analysis on Industrial Automation technologies and solutions.

Required Skills

Knowledge or exposure to PLC SCADA HMI Industrial Automation Instrumentation and Electrical systems.

Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering documents.

Good analytical coordination and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Strong communication organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / in Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or a related Engineering discipline.
