Technical Assistant

Provide daytoday technical and administrative support to engineers and project managers (documents trackers logs and reports).
Prepare format and qualitycheck technical documents drawings BoQs RFIs submittals and transmittals.
Assist with 2D drafting and markups in collaboration with design teams; maintain drawing registers and revision control.
Collect clean and analyze project data; maintain dashboards spreadsheets and status trackers.
Support scheduling and progress monitoring (updating plans lookahead schedules resource sheets).
Coordinate meetings record minutes/actions follow up on deliverables and manage stakeholder communication.
Assist with procurement and vendor coordination (requesting quotations preliminary comparisons documentation).
Perform basic QA/QC checks on documentation for completeness formatting and compliance with standards.
Support site/field teams with data entry photo logs and compiling daily/weekly reports (as required by the project).
Uphold safety quality and information management standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications :

Graduate Engineer in Civil Mechanical Electrical or related engineering discipline.
 2 years of experience in a technical support/assistant role within engineering construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and strong spreadsheet/report formatting skills.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (reading markups basic drafting) and document control practices.
Familiarity with project workflows drawing registers revision control and transmittal processes.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
High attention to detail organization and time management to meet deadlines.
