Handling Audits Internal & external (System ITGC Cybersec broking) Collection of data from application and Infra teams and working with Auditor
Back office application support Precision Change management vendor co-ordination and DR/BCP
ENIT and BEFS Portal download and upload of various regulatory data
NEAT/BOLT application support Change management and co-ordination with desktop support
Invoice processing SIFY BSE. Continuously monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure stability and performance. Quickly identify troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize application deployments and ensure smooth error-free releases.
