Team Member Engineering-HVACBMS

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance activities of the plant entire HVAC BMS EMS and extend support to utility equipments operation and Building maintenance.
• Support Qualifications team for validation and qualification activities of the facility relating to HVAC.
• Expertise Mechanical engineering support to process machines and extended support to Projects in exceptional cases where necessary based on the decision of Section Head/Site engineering Head.
• Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with the defined specifications and procedures.
• Ensure implementation of energy conservation measures and water management procedures to minimize waste and cost control and work towards sustainable operations.
• Preparation of PMP task lists for equipment and schedule updation in SAP.
• To perform/execute Preventive Maintenance of Equipment/Instruments as per the        schedule/procedure.
• To Execute/resolve all the Breakdowns and General Maintenance as per the procedure.
• Co-ordination with Cross Functional team for the clearance of Equipment/Instrument PMPs as per planned schedule.
• Initiation of Change Controls and closure of Action Plans and CAPAs.
• Responsible to ensure the availability of spares required for all critical equipment.
• Responsible for Preparation Review and Updating Upkeep and Maintain all the documents necessary for the audits like SOPs formats PM Books Protocols Machine History Books for the above areas.
• Preparation of Inventory lists whenever required.
• Coordination with Vendor to solve the discrepancies observed in the HVAC & BMS system
• Involving in Qualification and Installation activities.
• Preparation and Renewal of Vendor Service Agreements.
• To operate and maintain records through SAP system (SAP Maintenance module).
• Overall responsible for routine & non-routine preventive maintenance & annual service contracts to utilities and plants inclusive of HVAC Clean rooms.
• Coordination with Team Members to close Breakdowns and General Maintenance of any Electrical Maintenance in Process and Non-Process Areas.
• Ensure compliance against safety and quality.
• Ensuring implementation of good engineering practices safety & quality systems.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field is mandatory.

Minimum Work Experience

3 / 6 years of experience.
