Sales Development Representative - Industrial Cranes
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial equipment We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support our growing Cranes division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our sales cycle by identifying new business opportunities and providing essential support to our front-end sales teams.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through market research references and existing customer networks for the Cranes portfolio.
Qualify enquiries and leads by capturing basic details (customer segment application geography volume) and aligning them with defined target customer profiles.
Support front-end teams in customer outreach by preparing introductory mail basic presentations and coordinating follow-ups and meetings.
Maintain and update CRM and lead trackers regularly ensuring all lead information status and next actions are accurately recorded.
Key Metrics
Number of qualified leads generated and logged in the CRM/tracker for the Cranes business.
Conversion rate of leads to opportunities based on leads that progress to formal enquiries RFQs or meetings.
Timeliness and accuracy of lead data updates measured by the completeness and recency of entries.
Responsiveness to front-end team requests reflected in turnaround time for lead lists contact details and basic sales support material.
