Your work profile

Technical Managed Services PMO

Support planning execution and monitoring of IT/technical projects

Track project schedules milestones risks and deliverables

Maintain project documentation status reports and governance artifacts

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth project execution

Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking

Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks standards and processes

Facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder communications

Manage and monitor IT service processes including Incident Problem Change and Service Request Management

Ensure SLA compliance and track service performance metrics

Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Maintain ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy etc.) and ensure data accuracy

Prepare service reports dashboards and performance insights

Support audits and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field
• 37 years of experience in ITSM and/or PMO roles
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Management)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow Jira Confluence MS Project or similar
• Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
