HIRING TEAM LEADER JAVA / SPRING BOOT TELECOM
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Redis Kafka and Microservices along with strong architectural and team leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing high-performance scalable and low-latency applications preferably within the Telecom domain particularly around Policy & Charging systems.
Java: Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on development experience.
Spring Boot: Strong experience with Spring MVC Spring Data and Spring Cloud.
Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architecture design patterns communication protocols and deployment strategies.
Kafka: Hands-on experience with Kafka event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
Redis: Experience using Redis as a caching layer and data store.
Telecom: Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks and 3GPP specifications particularly related to Policy & Charging systems.
PCC / PCF / PCRF: Hands-on or strong functional/technical knowledge of Telecom Policy & Charging platforms.
Database: Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Architecture: Ability to design scalable reliable and robust application architectures.
