Job Title: Team Lead - Treasury Operations
Location: Delhi
Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day treasury and fund movement operations ensuring that liquidity settlements and banking transactions are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate would be from a Treasury Operations Banking Operations Payment Operations Fintech PSP Acquiring or Cross-Border Payments environment with a good understanding of fiat/stablecoin movements liquidity management settlements and banking transactions.
Manage daily treasury transfers and fund movements across banking partners.
Monitor and execute liquidity movements to ensure smooth operational cash flow.
Prepare and maintain treasury dashboards MIS reports and operational analytics.
Track balances settlements and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams including Finance Operations and Banking Partners for issue resolution.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
4 years of experience in Treasury Operations / Banking Operations / Payment Operations.
Fintech Payments Banking PSP Acquiring or Cross-Border Payments background preferred Knowledge of Fiat and stable coins
Good understanding of banking transactions fund transfers and liquidity management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to prepare dashboards and interpret operational data.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Payment Operations within a Payment Gateway or FinTech environment. Hands-on experience in Cross-Border Payment Operations. Strong understanding of reconciliations settlements refunds and payment exception management. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions. Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
