Roles and Responsibilies of Team Lead - SIH in Himalaya
Manage a team of mulple store-based employees across Telangana & AP region
ensuring effecve coordinaon and performance management.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily and monthly store-wise
sales targets.
Plan and coordinate various hospital acvies and engagement programs across all
SIH stores including Nursing Educaon Programs Baby Shower Acvies Mothers
Day Fathers Day Doctors Day Nurses Day Childrens Day and other similar
iniaves.
Oversee the administrave and operaonal responsibilies of all SIH stores
including store expenses electricity (EB) bills rent payments and other operaonal
requirements.
Take overall responsibility for the smooth funconing and performance of all SIH
stores across Karnataka.
Conduct monthly performance review meengs with senior management at the
Head Office presenng PPTs and providing updates on the overall performance
achievements and success of SIH stores.
Visit two stores daily to monitor operaons support the sales team and ensure
achievement of daily sales objecves.
Coordinate closely with Sales Promoters to drive daily sales performance and achieve
store-wise targets.
Train and onboard new Sales Promoters providing them with product knowledge
and educang them on the companys products and Filling.
