Responsibilities: -
- Lead and manage the QA team providing guidance mentorship and support to team members.
- Develop and implement QA strategies policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and incorporate quality assurance into the development process.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including both manual and automated testing to validate system functionality and performance.
- Oversee the identification and documentation of software defects ensuring timely and effective communication with development teams.
- Coordinate and prioritize testing activities balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright Selenium etc.) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Build and maintain a skill matrix to map competencies against project requirements ensuring proactive resource planning.
- Continuously assess team capabilities identify skill gaps and align them with current and upcoming project needs.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Exposure to AIdriven automation approaches.
- Experience with financerelated data SQL Fabric data warehousing engineering and pipelines would be an added advantage.
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
