Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
Role Overview
This role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding of merchants and payment/banking partners ensuring that new partners are onboarded smoothly efficiently and in line with risk compliance and operational requirements.
Merchant onboarding across multiple payment and banking partners
Virtual Account (VA) creation and management
Understanding of pay-in payout and card checkout flows
Knowledge of global fiat and stablecoin fund flows
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Partnerships Compliance Risk Product and Operations teams
Jira workflow management project tracking and onboarding governance
Partner onboarding lifecycle management and process optimization
What Were Looking For
4 years of relevant experience
Fintech Payments Banking PSP Acquiring or Cross-Border Payments background preferred
Strong understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment flows
Excellent stakeholder management and operational execution skills
Delhi-based candidates preferred
Immediate joiners are preferred
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Payment Operations within a Payment Gateway or FinTech environment. Hands-on experience in Cross-Border Payment Operations. Strong understanding of reconciliations settlements refunds and payment exception management. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions. Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
