Team Lead Client Success Delivery (CSD)

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead US Audit to manage audit engagements review workpapers and lead a team in delivering high-quality audits for NPO EBP and financial clients. The role requires strong technical expertise client interaction and team management capabilities.

• Plan execute and review audits for NPO EBP and financial audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS
  
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks
  
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
  
• Review audit documentation workpapers and ensure quality and completeness
  
• Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies or irregularities
  
• Communicate audit findings recommendations and reports to clients
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  
• Act as a key point of contact for client coordination and engagement management
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members; review their work for accuracy and quality
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient audit delivery
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance audit methodologies
  

• 3 years of experience in US Audit (NPO EBP and Financial Audits preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of US GAAP GAAS and auditing procedures
  
• Experience in reviewing work and handling small teams
  
• Proficiency in audit tools and MS Office (Excel Word)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good client communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
