Team Lead – Backend (, Microservices, Spring Boot)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development implementation and maintenance of backend services to ensure a seamless and high-performance user experience. The role includes leading a team of developers and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Education: B.E./ MCA or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in backend development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with databases and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
