Team Lead – Backend Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive and guide our backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development implementation and maintenance of backend services ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience across all digital channels. The role includes managing a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Education: B.E./ MCA or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in backend development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript microservices and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with databases AWS and cloud platforms (AWS GCP).
• Expertise in containerization (Docker) Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling: GitHub Bitbucket SonarQube.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
