Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring a Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects ensuring design quality technical coordination BIM compliance and timely project execution
Responsibilities :
-Manage architects BIM modellers and drafting teams.
-Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.
-Coordinate with structural MEP façade and project management teams.
-Review drawings shop drawings and material submittal.
-Ensure compliance with local codes project specifications and QA/QC standards.
-Support BIM coordination clash resolution and construct ability reviews.
-Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues
Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
-7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies including min 3 years as a team leader
-Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
-Proficiency in: Revit Autodesk
-Strong leadership coordination and technical skill
