Team Lead AI Agent Developer (n8n Relevance AI)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in n8n and Relevance AI to design build and deploy intelligent AI agents and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation API integrations prompt engineering LLM orchestration and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and deploy autonomous AI agents using n8n and Relevance AI.
• Create intelligent workflows integrating AI models APIs databases and third-party applications.
• Build multi-step automation pipelines for sales operations marketing customer support and internal business processes.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI Anthropic and other AI providers.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve AI agent performance.
• Connect systems using REST APIs webhooks and database connectors.
• Monitor agent performance troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize automation efficiency.
• Implement vector databases RAG pipelines and knowledge-based AI assistants.
• Maintain documentation for workflows APIs and agent architecture.
• Collaborate with product operations and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in workflow automation or AI development.
• Hands-on experience with n8n and/or Relevance AI.
• Experience with Python JavaScript or .
• Strong understanding of APIs webhooks JSON and database integration.
• Experience working with LLMs prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
• Knowledge of vector databases embeddings and RAG architecture.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services Google Cloud or Microsoft.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building conversational AI agents.
• Knowledge of CRM ERP and productivity tool integrations.
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain vector search and agent frameworks.

• Experience with multi-agent systems.
• Understanding of sales automation lead generation or business operations workflows.
• Exposure to fine-tuning and AI analytics.
