- Advise clients on corporate partnership individual trust and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements and industries.
- Serve as the primary engagement leader responsible for client management billing realization and collections activities.
- Define engagement scope objectives and methodologies while collaborating closely with client leadership to identify tax planning and advisory opportunities.
- Lead and perform final reviews of federal state local foreign corporate partnership and individual tax returns estimated payments and extensions.
- Monitor interpret and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations to support accurate and compliant tax filings.
- Provide technical leadership on complex tax matters and support resolution of engagement-related issues.
- Leverage technology tools and available resources to improve engagement quality efficiency and service delivery.
- Mentor coach and develop Managers Seniors and Staff across technical tax knowledge client management and engagement execution.
- Support business development activities including networking client expansion and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support.
- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field required; EA Certification Mandate.
- CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required.
- Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate partnership and individual taxation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading mentoring and developing team members.
- Experience supporting large multi-state and internationally active middle-market clients preferred.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client and business requirements.
