Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on corporate partnership individual trust and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements.
  • Support engagement planning activities by defining tax service scope objectives and methodologies while collaborating closely with client management teams.
  • Oversee the calculation analysis and delivery of tax planning strategies and recommendations for clients.
  • Review and manage preparation of federal state local and international tax returns estimated payments and extensions.
  • Monitor and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements and tax compliance activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication networking and business development support.
  • Lead mentor and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff through coaching collaboration and performance guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes enhance service delivery and support operational efficiencies.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
  • Support continuous learning and technical development across the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field required. EA / CPA/ CA Mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required.
  • Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate partnership and individual taxation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading supervising or mentoring team members preferred.
  • Experience working with large multi-state or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.
  • Flexibility to support additional hours during peak engagement periods as needed.
