Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist within our Global Talent Acquisition Technology & Enablement team you will provide day-to-day global support for programs and initiatives including global TA technology administration user support process optimization and service delivery.
In Global Talent Acquisition Technology & Enablement we deliver and administer advanced digital solutions and cutting-edge technology to enhance every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle. Our high-performing team is dedicated to driving innovation and process optimization delivering seamless data-driven experiences for candidates hiring managers and recruiters worldwide. We work collaboratively across global Talent Acquisition HR Technology Human Resources and HR Shared Services in support of maximizing TA experience process technology and compliance.

What You Will Do:
Provide expert user support for global Talent Acquisition technologies and ServiceNow case management support for global recruiting processes
Manage ServiceNow cases and workflow to efficiently resolve recruiting tech and process issues
Administer subscriptions and access requests for various TA technologies and platforms
Execute monthly requisition and compliance audits to maintain regulatory standards
Test and implement new TA technology features and enhancements
Support Talent Acquisition Technology and Service Delivery projects as assigned
How Youll Make an Impact:
Deliver responsive end-user support for global Talent Acquisition (TA) technology platforms including Workday Recruiting Phenom CRM LinkedIn etc. ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution for TA worldwide
Drive process optimization by testing new features and supporting technology enhancements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to support a culture of integrity and accountability
Enable the future and efficiency of Talent Acquisition by joining a company passionate about growth and innovation while having a global impact
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
4 years experience as a user user/process/administration support in Human Capital Management or Applicant Tracking Systems preferably Workday and/or Phenom
Live within commutable distance of the Pune area
Ability to work the US shift in Pune
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher in Human Resources or related concentration
4 years experience in Human Resources Recruiting or TA and HR Shared Services
Experience working with Recruiting Technologies (Workday and Phenom) preferably in technical support or technical system administrator capacity
Experience working with ServiceNow case management technology
Previous work with US-based companies
Excellent technology/systems aptitude including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced dynamic corporate environment
Experience working collaboratively across departments and business functions
Solution oriented and proactive with excellent analytical problem-solving leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of US OFCCP compliance requirements
