Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic result-driven Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role is designed for a high-performer who can balance the rigors of end-to-end recruitment with the creativity of marketing activities. You will be expected to maintain a high performance standard ensuring at least 3 successful closures per month while supporting our brands growth in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Performance Management (90%)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for both Technical and Non-Technical roles.
- Target-Driven Closing: Consistently achieve a minimum of 3 successful candidate placements per month.
- Sourcing Excellence: Use LinkedIn job portals and AI tools to headhunt talent for senior leadership and AI transformation roles.
- Performance Handling: Assist in monitoring employee KPIs and managing performance review cycles to ensure organizational productivity.
2. HR Operations & Admin (10%)
- Manage day-to-day office administration and onsite HR records.
- Support onboarding formalities and internal office coordination.
