Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai (Work from Office) - Walkable distance from Turbhe Rly station)

Salary: As per company Standard Attractive Performance incentives.

Joining: Immediate Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Saturdays are WFH only.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our fast-paced consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various industries and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals social media and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients

• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up on interview feedback

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Ensure timely closures of open positions

• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 2 years in similar role of Recruitments / Talent hiring in a HR Consultant firm.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Familiarity with job portals like Indeed Work India Naukri LinkedIn etc. and recruitment tools
