Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Recruitment & Talent Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates through LinkedIn Naukri Indeed Foundit database & referrals
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Evaluate technical skills experience communication salary & notice period
Coordinate interviews and client feedback
Share shortlisted profiles with clients
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS
Manage salary discussions offers and joining follow-ups
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment & pipeline reports
Build strong candidate talent pipelines
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Candidate convincing and negotiation skills
LinkedIn sourcing & internet research
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
ATS knowledge preferred
Strong follow-up and time management
Attention to detail
Graduate in any discipline MBA HR preferred
