Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Opportunity Overview:

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and work alongside our fast paced passionate and high energy Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for providing logistical and operational support to coordinate key phases of a candidates life cycle as they move through the interview process. The right candidate will enjoy an emphasis on process driven tasks that require strong communication and technical skills and the ability to both problem-solve and anticipate and address potential issues in advance. This is an evolving role where you will be exposed to and trained in all areas of the Talent Acquisition team. Its important that youre interested in and willing to take on new tasks as the needs of the business are constantly changing.

Please Note: This is a 6 month contract remote opportunity.
Were hiring two Coordinators. One for each of the following shifts: 9am-6pm IST & 4pm-1am IST

What youll do:

• Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
• Partner with Talent Partners to communicate expectations and ensure candidates and hiring teams have a positive interview experience
• Work with Talent Partners to understand candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting
• Track status of candidates in the interview process and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on feedback and status updates
• Participate in all India kickoff calls ensure a smooth interview process has been developed
• Open requisitions and build interview plans in ATS
• Interact professionally and positively with all business partners in the organization
• Ad Hoc projects and reporting

ISMS roles and responsibilities:

• Fair understanding of Information Security practices.
• Align to the organization policies and procedures.
• Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of professional or internship experience supporting Talent Acquisition and interview scheduling
• Proficiency with ATS Greenhouse preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with impeccable attention to detail
• Can work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus
• Strong and reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Google Suite Slack
• Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources
• Demonstrated success in interviewing
• Proficiency with scheduling tool GoodTime preferred
• Experience with global teams

Ability to commute/relocate:

• This is a remote position. Ideally you will be able to commute to the office once a month on a pre-defined date.
