Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute recruitment strategies for our growing team in the Renewables and EPC sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment particularly within technical engineering and project-based roles. This position requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the industry who can effectively source attract and hire top talent to support our organizations growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Renewables and EPC industries.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing interviews negotiations and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build a strong pipeline for critical roles.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools (job boards social media networking etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to measure success and drive improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on the Renewables or EPC sectors.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
  • In-depth understanding of industry-specific hiring trends and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
