Job Summary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will manage the full cycle recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding for roles across departments.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (social media job portals networking etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Indias brand and culture to attract top talent.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of the recruitment process.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices are in line with Indias policies and labor laws.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Education: Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing through job portals LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
  • Negotiation: Ability to handle compensation negotiations and offer closures effectively.
