We are looking for

A Talent Acquisition Partner to support the GCC ramp-up in Pune with a strong focus on IT and digital recruitment.

The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle partner closely with hiring managers and HR and ensure high-quality delivery and candidate experience across priority GCC IT positions.

Recruitment Delivery:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and GCC roles

• Conduct screening and competency-based interviews

• Build andmaintainstrong candidate pipelines

Stakeholder Partnership:

• Partner with IT GCC HR and hiring managers

• Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations

• Set clear expectations on timelines talent availability and risks

• Establish regular recruitment reviews and track progress

Systems Data and Reporting:

• Manage all recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in SuccessFactors

• Work effectively with the relevant VMS tool to manage contingent workforce processes whererequired

• Use Power BI dashboards tomonitorrecruitment performanceidentifytrends and track key KPIs

• Extract and prepare recruitment reports for regular sharing with HR IT GCC leadership and hiring managers

• Ensure data accuracy process compliance andtimelyreporting

You will bring:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Full professionalproficiencyin English both written and spoken is essential for this role

• Proven experience in IT or digital recruitment

• Experience supporting a GCC shared services center or technology organization

• Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market particularly Pune

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal TA model

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• A proactivestructuredand results-oriented mindset

• Strong hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors which is a critical requirement for the role

• Practical experience working with a VMS tool

• Experience using Power BI dashboards to track recruitment performance and produce management reports
