Job Summary
Potentiam is looking for a TA Intern / Recruiter Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The role is responsible for supporting candidate sourcing profile screening interview coordination recruitment administration reporting and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels.
Help screen profiles and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the team in managing hiring trackers recruitment reports and documentation.
Assist in gathering market insights and talent availability information.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Skills & Abilities
Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Google Sheets MS Excel and reporting tools.
Exposure to Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is desirable.
Willingness to learn interview coordination and recruitment management tools.
Interest in AI-enabled sourcing tools and modern recruitment practices.
Ability to follow processes maintain documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
