T L Accounts Receivable Collections
Location: InfoparkKochi
Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM (Monday-Friday)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Package: Up to 8 10 LPA
Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are hiring Team Leaders with strong experience in Accounts Receivable Collections Dispute Management and team handling.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage collections and dispute management operations
Monitor team performance SLA adherence and collection targets
Handle escalations and support resolution of complex disputes
Analyze aging reports collection trends attrition and shrinkage metrics

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process improvements
Requirements
Graduate/Masters in Accounting / CA Inter / CWA Inter
5 years of experience in AR Collections & Dispute Management
Minimum 2 years of experience handling attrition and shrinkage management as Team Leader
Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
SAP/JDE and Excel knowledge preferred
Excellent communication analytical and leadership skills
Candidates should be willing to relocate to Kochi
Required Skills:
5 Years in Accounts Receivable Collections & Dispute Management 2 Years in Team handling
