Systems Integration Test Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Systems / Integration Test Engineer specialized in Environmental Control Systems (ECS) to join our engineering division in this role you will focus on the development physical integration testing and verification of complex climate control systems utilized in aircraft or automotive platforms.
This is a pure systems engineering and hardware/system-level validation role. It requires deep domain knowledge of fluid dynamics thermodynamics and physical component loops. Note: Software modeling or scripting tools (such as MATLAB Simulink or Python) are not required for this position.

This is a pure systems engineering and hardware/system-level validation role. It requires deep domain knowledge of fluid dynamics thermodynamics and physical component loops. Note: Software modeling or scripting tools (such as MATLAB Simulink or Python) are not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- System Integration Testing: Plan coordinate and execute comprehensive integration tests on physical hardware and test benches to validate the interactions of multi-domain climate systems.
- Requirements Verification: Review trace and verify system-level functional requirements against test outcomes to ensure structural and behavioral compliance.
- Component-Level Evaluation: Run functional tests on critical ECS/HVAC components including heat exchangers valves actuators compressors and air-cycle machines.
- Data Diagnostics: Monitor and analyze sensor logs (temperature flow rate pressure curves) from physical testing runs to troubleshoot root-cause anomalies or component failures.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with hardware design structural analysis and core mechanical teams to resolve system integration bottlenecks and ensure overall system safety.
