As our new System Test Engineer you will be designing executing and automating system-level tests for Grundfos products verifying that integrated hardware and software solutions meet rigorous quality and performance standards before reaching the market. What you will be doing

As a key part of the System Test & Verification team youll create impact by Driving product reliability and customer confidence by building robust test strategies that catch issues early and accelerate time-to-market for world-leading pump and water technology solutions..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute system-level test plans test cases and test procedures for new and existing products
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test environments for hardware-software integrated systems
• Analyze test results identify root causes of failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Define and track quality metrics ensuring products meet functional performance and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes tools and methodologies across the R&D organization
• Participate in design and architecture reviews to ensure testability and early defect prevention

What makes you a great fit

Above all you are a detail-oriented engineer with strong analytical skills hands-on experience in system-level testing of embedded or electromechanical products and a drive to deliver quality at every stage of development. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in testing with pump systems or motor drives IoT-connected products
• Knowledge of IoT communication protocols (MQTT REST/HTTP WebSockets)
• Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) interfacing with connected devices
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. LabVIEW Python or similar)
• Experience with structured test methodologies and defect tracking tools

It is a plus if you also:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC UL or CE certification requirements
