As a System Engineer within Workplace Foundation Services you will be responsible for designing building integrating and operating digital workplace solutions. Your primary focus will be on Sensor Management and Reporting capabilities enabling global office analytics that support improved space utilization and an enhanced employee experience across Client sites worldwide. Strong operational skills including run monitoring and incident management are essential for this role.
In addition you will be expected to develop automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate and deliver actionable insights and reports through Power BI enabling scalable self service experiences robust reporting and end to end automation. Hands-on AI/ML experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Design integrate deploy operate and continuously improve workplace solutions aligned with the Office Strategy.
Develop and maintain Power Apps based applications and forms to support employee self service and operational workflows .
Build automations using Power Automate including approvals notifications data synchronization and system orchestration.
Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports covering office analytics adoption usage KPIs and sentiment.
Integrate solutions with enterprise identity and security controls (e.g. Azure AD SSO MFA) and define roles and access models.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation (HLD/LLD integration approaches runbooks deployment and onboarding/offboarding guides security and privacy considerations).
Work with vendors and internal teams to validate solutions run PoCs where required and ensure production readiness.
Act as an L3 support contributor coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and service degradations.
Leverage AI/ML capabilities (where relevant) to enhance automation insights and user experience.
