Maintenance & Service
Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance of field instrumentation and analyzer systems.
Execute Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities at customer sites.
Conduct routine inspections health checks diagnostics calibration and performance verification.
Maintain service records calibration certificates maintenance reports and asset history.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve faults in instrumentation analyzers gas detection systems communication networks and sample conditioning systems.
Analyze process and equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Provide emergency breakdown support and technical assistance to customers.
Support remote and on-site troubleshooting activities.
Installation & Commissioning
Supervise and execute installation of field instruments analyzer shelters gas detectors analyzer cabinets sample handling systems and associated equipment.
Verify installation compliance with project specifications P&IDs hook-up drawings datasheets and vendor documentation.
Perform loop checking calibration functional testing and system integration.
Commission analyzer packages and ensure successful startup and performance validation.
FAT & SAT Activities
Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with manufacturers contractors and customers.
Review technical documentation inspection reports and test procedures.
Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and verify compliance with project and customer requirements.
Prepare FAT/SAT reports and close punch-list items.
Analyzer Systems Support
Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant experience in industrial instrumentation analyzer systems and gas detection technologies.
Knowledge of process industries such as Oil & Gas Petrochemical Refinery Chemical Power Water Treatment Steel Cement and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Technical Skills
Calibration and maintenance of field instruments.
Analyzer system operation and maintenance.
Gas Chromatography and process analyzer technologies.
CEMS and environmental monitoring systems.
Sample conditioning and sample handling systems.
HART Modbus Foundation Fieldbus Profibus Ethernet/IP and industrial communication protocols.
PLC DCS and SCADA system integration.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Willingness to travel extensively for site support and project execution.
Experience working in hazardous area environments and industrial plants.

Successful completion of AMC service commissioning FAT and SAT activities.
Timely resolution of customer technical issues.
Effective customer training and project handover.
