Surgical Sales Apprentice

Purpose

The Apprentice General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%) while building strong sales and business fundamentals.

Major Responsibilities

1. Sales Ownership (70%)

- Manage 2025 Check-In accounts

- Drive sales relationships conversions

- Execute calls demos OT support

- CRM discipline and compliance

2. Regional Priorities (30%)

- Support RBM priorities

- Data analytics and insights

1) Inventory Management & check on regular checks of stocks across branches

2) Lead Generation with in his 25-30 Acc RCS execution & Adv the phaco execution

3) Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up & closure around it

3. Sales Process & Compliance

- CRM/Salesforce reporting

- SOP adherence

- RCPA and analytics

4. Learning & Development

- Product and clinical knowledge

- Sales capability building
