Job Summary
Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description -
- Assist in preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Support troubleshooting of motors drives switchgear sensors transmitters analyzers and control systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Participate in calibration testing and commissioning activities of instruments and electrical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records logbooks and check sheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for planned shutdown and maintenance activities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for reliability improvement and energy conservation.
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas and follow 5S practices.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems motors transformers and switchgear.
- Understanding of industrial instrumentation such as pressure temperature flow and level instruments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and team environments.
