Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams stakeholders and geographies.
• Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives including planning execution risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across business IT and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Support Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy product availability and inventory efficiency.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA BTP IBP and EBW.
• Lead or contribute to solution design testing and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems ensuring smooth rollouts at scale.
• Utilize project and test management tools (JIRA TestRail or equivalent) to track milestones risks and deliverables.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure program governance reporting cadence and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong program and project management experience particularly in managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in supply chain planning or operations environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA TestRail Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving planning and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 47 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics consulting or program/project management roles.
• Experience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred.
• Academic background in Supply Chain Operations Engineering or Business Analytics preferred.
