Supply chain management (SCM) Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals customer expectations and market dynamics.
• Lead transformation of the end-to-end supply chain to enhance scalability agility and resilience.
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align demand forecasting production planning inventory and financial targets.
• Design and continuously optimize the supply chain network to support multi-channel distribution and geographic expansion.
• Establish strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation cost competitiveness and supply reliability.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks covering supply logistics geopolitical and compliance-related risks.
• Integrate sustainability (ESG) principles into sourcing packaging logistics and operational processes.
• Ensure superior customer fulfilment across all channels enabling smooth product delivery installation and service.
• Build and lead a future-ready supply chain team focusing on capability development digital fluency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain or Business; MBA preferred.
• 15 years of experience in supply chain roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience in managing large distributed supply chain operations across regions.
