Job Summary

Job Title - Supply Chain Analyst / Coordinator
Job Location- Balewadi Pune
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement domain
Job Timing - Willingness to work in the US shift (5 PM 2 AM IST).
  • Ability to work from office 3 days a week
Key Responsibilities & Scope
  • Supplier Coordination: Act as the primary interface for multiple global or regional suppliers. Lead supplier onboarding purchase order management and resolve transactional queries.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Extract compile and manage complex supply chain datasets. Maintain data integrity across ERP systems.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
  • Warehousing Support: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flows stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify exceptions in the supply chain and perform root-cause analysis to propose corrective solutions.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the supply chain or procurement domain.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Power BI (dashboarding data modeling)
    • Advanced Excel skills (macros pivot tables vlookup etc.)
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or Ariba)
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders and multiple suppliers effectively
