Department Overview

As a team member you will provide exceptional support and services to the System and customers in India during the Warranty and Maintenance Agreements signed. You can work with a talented and passionate group of professionals dedicated to making a difference in your job.


Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key duties include maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and providing regular progress reports to management.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills close attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to customer service.


Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field along with at least five years of experience in field support or customer service.

A strong understanding of computer systems and networks is required as is experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Additionally excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
