Job Responsibilities

• Performs detailed analysis of technology environments including applications and infrastructure.
• Supports scoping and execution of diligence workstreams.
• Assists in preparing diligence findings and client deliverables.
• Participates in client meetings and supports transaction discussions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support integrated insights.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• above 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology diligence or transaction-related engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: As required.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during diligence phases.
• Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.
• Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to engagement timelines.
