INDIA:

Job Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in multiple accounting advisory engagements related to capital markets and transaction activities.
• Applies intermediate to advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and complex accounting concepts.
• Reviews technical accounting analyses disclosures and client deliverables.
• Supports audit readiness and transaction related accounting considerations.
• Coordinates with managers and specialists to ensure timely and accurate engagement delivery.
• Provides guidance and oversight to senior associates and associates on engagement teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 57 years of experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience drafting public company filings or transaction related disclosures.
• Experience supporting complex accounting matters or business combinations.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Up to 25%.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during transaction execution.
• Licensure Progress: Active progress toward or maintenance of CPA.
• Scheduling: Flexibility based on engagement needs.
