About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 37 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Management and Global Benefits implementations. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience strong configuration skills client-facing consulting capabilities and the ability to independently drive project activities across all project phases.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Configure and support Employee Central Time Management and Global Benefits modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare solution design documentation.
• Configure Foundation Objects MDF Objects Business Rules Workflows Event Reasons RBP Position Management and Employee Data Models.
• Configure Time Management components including Time Off Work Schedules Holiday Calendars Time Profiles Leave of Absence and Time Account Processing.
• Configure and support Global Benefits programs including enrolments eligibility rules reimbursements allowances and benefits lifecycle processes.
• Perform system testing SIT UAT support defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Manage data migration activities and validate data loads.
• Work closely with business stakeholders HR teams integration teams and project leadership.
• Provide best-practice recommendations and solution guidance.
• Independently manage project deliverables timelines risks and client communications.
• Support hyper care and post-go-live activities.

Skills and attributes for success

• 37 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Minimum 23 full lifecycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Hands-on implementation experience in:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Time Management (Time Off / Time Tracking)
  • Global Benefits

Strong knowledge of:

• • Foundation Objects
  • MDF Objects
  • Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Position Management
  • Data Models
  • Picklists
  • Alerts & Notifications
• Experience with data migration imports and reporting.
• Experience in integration touchpoints with EC Payroll or third-party systems is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project workstreams with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Certification.
• Experience in global implementations across multiple countries.
