Job Description
Job Title - SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant
Experience - 8- 15 Years
Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift - 8 PM-11 PM IST
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Required Skills:
- Implementation: Minimum 2-3 good end-to-end implementation projects.
- Implementation experience can be with clients from any geography.
- Support/AMS experience is required along with implementation experience.
- Candidates will work on enhancements changes configuration implementation and production support during compensation cycles.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on year-end and mid-year compensation cycles.
