Job Summary
The Project Engineer shall perform complete physical electrical design including electrical schematics electrical wiring diagrams grounding calculations grounding details conduit and wire schedules bill of materials AC Station Service sizing battery sizing major equipment specifications and clients required project documentation.
In addition the Engineer shall perform other project tasks such as coordinating with CAD designers to develop organized quality CAD drawings preparation and maintenance of project status reports; attend project meetings coordinate tasks with other disciplines clients and vendors. Candidate will also be interacting with clients and building officials during the course of design. Prepare calculations packages for grounding lightning protection and lighting.
Degree: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from US University or equivalent. Experience: 5-10 yrs. exp. Previous experience in high-voltage substation work is required.
Codes & Standards: NEC NESC IEEE
Software Skills: ETAP CYME WinIGS Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Personal Skills: Good written and oral communications skills presentation skills business development skills organized and self-starter.

REQUIREMENTS Degree: Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 5-10 yrs. exp. Previous experience in T&D substation work is required. Codes & Standards: NEC NESC IEEE Software Skills: Proficient in PLS-CADD AutoCAD and/or MicroStation Personal Skills: Good written and oral communications skills presentation skills business development skills organized and self-starter. Business or Project management skills: Capable of handling several projects at one time. Prior experience in project management is helpful. Job Type: Full-time
