The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customer and suppliers for designing developing and implementing laser welding applications. | Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Laser welding or related industries Strong knowledge of Welding principles metallurgy Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Laser welding issues | Understand the Product Process customer requirements and work with suppliers to develop and implement Laser welding machines. Develop and optimize welding process parameters Troubleshoot Laser welding issues identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime Provide technical support to manufacturing ensuring successful implementation and operation laser welding systems Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency accuracy and productivity |
