Profile: Study Visa Counselor

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years in overseas education counselling study abroad or immigration consultancy
• Experienced candidates with strong multi-country knowledge preferred

Roles:

• Follow up on leads from the portal website walk-ins and calls
• Understand each students academic background budget goals and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study destinations such as the UK USA Canada Australia Ireland Germany and other European countries
• Guide students on the best-suited country university course and intake based on each countrys education system entry requirements costs and job market
• Explain country-wise admission criteria English test requirements (IELTS PTE TOEFL) fees scholarships and living expenses
• Advise students and parents on country-wise post-study work options PR pathways and career prospects
• Keep track of changes in visa rules immigration policies and intake dates across countries
• Collect and verify student documents (SOP LOR transcripts financial documents etc.)
• Assist with university applications and coordinate with universities
• Support students with student visa documentation and filing for different countries
• Maintain lead status and follow-up records in the CRM
• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
• Good communication skills in English Hindi and Gujarati
