Student Coach

The Student Coach role sits at the heart of this mission acting as a trusted advisor who guides candidates through every step of the studyabroad process.

In this position you will be assigned a portfolio of prospective students and will be responsible for nurturing those relationships from the moment they express interest until they receive their admission offers and complete enrollment. Your daytoday activities will involve deepdive consultations to understand each students academic background career aspirations financial considerations and personal preferences. Based on this insight you will curate a shortlist of programs and institutions that best fit their profile providing databacked recommendations and answering any questions they may have.

Beyond counseling you will play an active role in the application workflow. This includes reviewing and refining personal statements CVs and other supporting documents ensuring they meet the standards of target universities. You will also coordinate with external partners such as testpreparation providers visa consultants and university liaison officers to keep the admission timeline on track. All interactions and progress updates will be logged in the companys CRM system where you will generate regular reports for internal teams and senior management.

Effective communication is critical. You will engage with students through multiple channelsphone calls emails and video conferencesmaintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. By delivering timely accurate information you will help reduce the anxiety often associated with studying abroad and build confidence in the Leverage Edu brand.

The role also requires a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement. You will collect feedback from students after each major milestone analyze trends and share insights with product and operations teams. This feedback loop helps refine the coaching methodology enhance the technology platform and ultimately improve student satisfaction scores.

Collaboration is another cornerstone of the job. You will work closely with marketing product and admissions teams to align messaging share best practices and contribute to the development of new services. Regular team meetings training workshops and performance reviews will provide opportunities for skill development and career progression.
