Job Title : Structured Deal Review Analyst Analyst/Senior Analyst

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review trade structures of exotic financial products and assess expected payoffs to identify booking methodology and documentation risks.
  
• Propose amendments to booking methodology and trade documentation.
  
• Perform scenario testing to validate cash flows and ensure models capture all contractual features.
  
• Liaise with Traders Regional Stakeholders Documentation Model Validation and Quant teams.
  
• Prepare control MIS and provide KRI/KPI reports to senior management.
  
• Develop automated solutions to strengthen deal review processes and controls.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Products Trade Structures and Financial Modelling.
  
• Understanding of Exotic Derivatives Cash Flows and Payoff Structures.
  
• Experience in Trade Review Booking Methodology and Trade Documentation.
  
• Knowledge of Scenario Testing Model Validation and Risk Controls.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  
• Knowledge of MIS KRI/KPI reporting and process automation is preferred.
  
• Ability to work with Traders Quants and cross-functional teams.
