Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirement from customers/clients Nest-In Design & Architectural Team
- Prepare basic drawings/proposal drawings.
- Prepare BOM and BOQ considering all value-added items of a building.
- Develop concept and 3D drawings (Example Steel buildings Porta cabin modular Toilets water ATM Bus Shelter Electric Charging station)
- Checking of Client Inputs Pre order documents and prepare GA drawings interface coordination.
- Structural Design Drawing of the buildings based on designers and interface team inputs.
- Preparing Tentative Material lists
- Prepare and develop standard drawings.
- Preparing technical specifications for the items required in the design & engineering.
- Trouble shooting & resolutions for fabrication and erection.
- Fulfilling the compliance of safety and statutory norms standards building codes guidelines and
- Regulations including environmental norms.
